Canadien eStore

Brand2Media was given the challenge to design a new eStore for the Canadian division of major consumer electronics manufacturer.

Client Challenge
With only 4 months lead time, Brand2Media was given the challenge to design a new eStore for the client in time for the Christmas 2006 shopping season.The lack of web-ready catalogue data and legacy systems surrounding accounting and warehouse operations posed a significant obstacle to launching on time.

Brand2Media Solution
The eCommerce architecture was customized to handle the unique legacy integration issues of the Client. A sophisticated order management system was designed by Brand2Media to manage the entire order flow that included a full call center order management system with filtering, fraud checking, returns processing and reporting.

Result
Brand2Media employed a RAD (Rapid Application Development) strategy using multiple Client-involved testing sessions to deliver a secure and operational eStore in time for Christmas 2006.
