In essence, Technical Support Officer is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the network, servers and computer systems. The primary task is to support company IT needs and support internal users.

Tasks list:

Team & Client support

• Installing and configuring computer systems
• Finding solutions to problems the operating systems

• Coordinate Web marketing events
• Help on scoping and documenting for clients proposals
