CBCI Telecom, a company of then 60 people, was one of Bell Mobility's larger cellular dealers. Looking to harness the web and take advantage of a market opportunity, CBCI turned to Brand2Media to design a highly customized eCommerce website that would allow them to transact with target large enterprise customers online.

To take on this enormous challenge of a highly customized eCommerce website meant that Brand2Media would need to define and design new sources of data that did not exist in electronic form. Everything from a new electronic price management system to a new product catalog was created from scratch.

CBCI Telecom.com handles client specific processes, regional differences in pricing, airtime plans, phones, terms and discounts. All that combines with an electronic approval system, order management, and online package tracking.

Result
This significant advancement in eCommerce technology gave the CBCI a large market advantage over other cellular dealers. Today the company has over 110 employees and is the largest enterprise-level agent for Bell Mobility. CBCI Telecom has over 400 corporate accounts and 40 percent of all orders going through their B2B e-commerce site.
