Client Challenge
The company has been in business for a number of years, and getting online would require a massive update to their product catalogue as well as new links to back office systems to control accounting, reporting, and price management. With the industry leader in consumer electronics already online and dominating Canada, Visions’ management gave Brand2Media the objective to roll out a completely new eStore with all the features required to build the online brand and sales.
Brand2Media Solution
Brand2Media has delivered a turn-key eCommerce solution for Visions to take the primary roll of customer service, order management, and logistics. The website will be managed out of Visions’ Langley, BC store and will eventually allow products to get shipped from more locations to reduce expensive shipping costs for bulky items. Brand2Media is powering Visions.ca Canadian online stores with a web catalogue management system that builds from Visions current accounting system to add image and product details. Further adding to the sophistication, is the financial and accounting integration that will allow Visions to seamless treat the online store as part of their existing 26 locations. Brand2Commerce Pro is processing order transactions using credit cards and gift cards as well as providing fraud screening and customer service interfaces. Helping to drive traffic to the website, Visions uses Brand2Media’s email management technology and eCoupon services to offer weekly specials and loyalty programs that cross over to in-store promotions.
